So one of the ones that we added recently to our own Stammer AI agent on the landing page is the ability to open tickets in our ticketing system.
And let me show you actually how this works.
Now I’m going to say to it something like, “Hey, I am having an issue with my Stammer AI agent. Can you open a ticket for me?”
Okay, and so now the agent wants the details of the ticket and let me see here. I’m just gonna give it some details.
Uh, yeah, you can, for the subject, you can just say that this is a test ticket. The description of the issue I’m experiencing is that I am having a problem and want to open a ticket that you guys can take a look at. My email address is tim@stammer.ai, and my name is Timothy Bramlett.
